Privacy policy

DraftReady / InterviewScript helps you prepare before interviews: you can paste a résumé and job description, then use AI-assisted tools to organize questions, refine answer drafts, and maintain per-question scripts. This policy explains how we handle information about you and what you can expect regarding privacy.
Account and project data: projects, question lists, chat history, and script text you create while signed in are stored in our cloud infrastructure (e.g. database and object storage) and are tied to your account. We do not sell this content to third parties for unrelated advertising, except where required by law or with your clear consent.
AI and model providers: when you use features that call a large language model (question generation, chat refinement, image-to-questions, etc.), the necessary text—such as prompts, your messages, and limited résumé/JD excerpts needed for context—is sent to the AI service we configure to produce a response. We aim to minimize what is transmitted and retain it only as long as needed to operate the product reliably.
Compliance and intended use: this product is for pre-interview practice and material organization only. We prohibit and design against use for live cheating, real-time answering on your behalf, or similar misuse. We may restrict or terminate accounts that clearly abuse the service.
Cookies and local storage: we may store session tokens and locale preferences in your browser so you stay signed in and see the right language. You can clear site data in your browser settings; you may need to sign in again afterward.
Your rights and contact: you can manage, export, or delete project content inside the app. For account deletion or other data requests, use in-app feedback or our support channel. If you have questions about this policy, contact us the same way and we will respond within a reasonable time.
